Virtual AGM Meeting Result April 2021

Thank you to all who attended our Year 2021 virtual Annual General Meeting. Without its members, IAIM Hong Kong would not be what it is today!

Ordinary Resolution Result:

1/Financial statements and summary for the period of April, 2019 to March 31, 2021 reported by Treasurer – Agreed and Approved

2/ Transit from existing organization structure setup ( Society) to new structure setup

(Limited Company by Guarantee ) with IAIM HK Mission statements and Bylaws rewrite. Tentatively aim to achieve charity organization under Chapter 88 status in later stage. - Agreed and Approved

3/ Election of the IAIM HK Chapter Board Members for the year April 2021-March 2023
